1979 quarter with no mint, and no mints mean "let's find some errors! Very good condition(readable and all) for 47 year old coin!
More than likely has a few different errors on it if you look in the pictures.
Bottom left has machine error and looks double rimmed.
Possibly partial double die?
Left wing less detailed then right wing.
