Took label off before I tried it on & it’s too big! It was in the Fat Face sale for £20 reduced from £59.50! Now possibly only available on line as the sale has finished. Gorgeous skirt with half elastication at the back, & in 3 tiers. Background is dark navy with flowers (dahlia head’s or chrysanthemums not sure!) in a colour I can’t be sure of - could be orange but it’s not as bright, could be apricot? It’s very pretty whatever it is. Waist measures 18”(46cms) unstretched, 19.5” when stretched, length 31”(79cm). So more of an 18 I would say.
