Ships USPS priority. I ship only Mon/ Tues/Wed to avoid weekend postal delays.

All sales are final. I do not refund or accept returns. Please be aware that there is always a possibility of some damage to leaves during transit since these are living plants that are being shipped, which can cause stress to a plant, but it will recover quickly with proper care.
If there are any issues with the plants beyond what is expected with normal shipping stress, please reach out to me within 24 hrs of delivery with unboxing photos. I will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
