Possibly dyed by previous owner. Dried stain on interiors. The color is not consistant throughout both boots. Color is very close, and the variant is minimal, I think. But, it IS there. A darker color on the toe of one, as shown. As you can see in the photos (look at all of them) the brown is darker in some areas. I assume this is dye rather than shoe polish, but, do not know. I left it alone for the buyer to color according to your wishes.
