The Refrigerator LED Light Assembly attaches inside the cabinet and illuminates the inside of the refrigerator or freezer. This part is designed to be used with select Whirlpool® and Maytag® refrigerators; check to see if your model number is compatible. Some models will require new housing to install the updated part. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator, and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
